New Toy
I got a new toy this weekend. I figured that if I was going to be watching a lot of TV while I'm in pain, it shouldn't be painful to watch TV.
Of course, it wasn't painful to watch my old one - it was a really nice TV. But this one's nicer. It's certainly not one of these, but I don't have to pay for it for a year and a half.
Oddly enough, there's a feature of this TV that I find rather odd. It's apparently possible to upgrade the TV's firmware by attaching a USB device to it (though I still haven't found the USB slot) and choosing "execute USB" from a setup menu. Whether this means it's possible to hack the TV or not, I don't know, but I'm curious as to what "execute" means.
