I tried upgrading the site to Community Server 2.0 last night, and it didn't go exactly as planned.  I couldn't upgrade some of the core library files that the site uses because they were locked in-use by the .NET Runtime.

Once I waited long enough, I was able to upgrade them.

So... you should be happy.  I guess.
